Seems to me the media has given big dogs bad reputations. My Boxer Bruno is the most gentle dog ever. Very protective over children, very gentle and playful with our kitties. My grandma had poodles and they were mean and aggressive, I think each dog is unique to his own character.

I met this american guy through my work, I'm a tech rep for a computer company. You need to begin praising him for the things he does well. Reinforce good behavior. He's getting attention for being bad, so he keeps doing the bad things. If you start paying attention to all the things he does well, telling him how proud you are that he made his bed , make him special desert if he brings home a good grade etc.. he will get the positive attention he his craving. It will take awhile for this trend to reverse but it will.

So I know this guy and I've known him for like 4 months. And he's a good friend but he's just so weird, I don't understand him at all. Okay so first he's a drug addict, but not like cocaine or meth or anything bad, he abuses his prescription pain killers and he drinks a lot of alcohol to "numb" himself. I'm a twenty-two year old male. When I was younger I had a ual experience with a cousin of mine. I was around twelve and he was around four or five. This memory fadded within time and has recently come back. I know I'm not gay or bi. I'm actually engaged to be married. But with this repressed memory it's like now everytime I see a child I think of this experience. But it dosn't plessure me, it makes me sick to my stomach. I don't want to have these thoughts anymore. I don't want to feel like I'm gay or a child molester when I know for a fact that I would never do anything to a child. Yeah, it sounds like it. Am I surprised? No. I am in these courts all the time and it never ceases to amaze me, what these judges get away with. The doent you file is a Judicial Conduct compaint. YOu can find information by contacting your local bar ociation. And since you are online, google Judicial Rules of Conduct for your state. There you wlll find the rules of conduct, they are SUPPOSED to follow. When you write your complaint, try and engrain some of these rules that you feel best support your accusations, that they have not complied with. BUT, im so sorry to tell you, good luck. Myself and several other colleagues have filed judicial conduct complaints before, with good sound reasons, but it never went very far. You see, it is lawyers judging other lawyers and they always, ALWAYS take their back door. The only ones I have seen been actually listened to with interest are the ones where your local news station caught them on camera driving drunk or something in that nature. Or if the police are involved. Those are listened to as it is on camera or official, they almost HAVE to listen, if you know what I mean. But you and I, just Joe Average Citizen, whoes lives are ruined due to their inconsideration or bias, well, we are usually blown off. I agree with you, you were screwed. Okay, so here's the story. When I first started PTing with the Marines, I had on a pair of Army sweatpants (stupid, I know. I regret it too.) One of the recruiters told me not to wear other branches apparel in a Marine recruiting station. Speeding up, Wednesday, it was raining, and I had stayed over at my friends house. I needed to borrow a sweater, or a coat, and she only had those coats with the fur vs an Army sweater. So I took the sweater and flipped it inside out(You couldn't see the Army logo when it was flipped). Being stupid, I accidentally left the sweater at the recruiting office(mind you it was sleeting by the time I left) and now I'm like freaking out. I don't want people to think I want to join the Army(not that there's anything wrong with it.) I could care less if they threw out the sweater, because I told my friend I'll buy her a sweater and sweatpants to make up for it. My biggest worry is what will they do? Naming a black kitten?

Funny you should mention the name Ozzy. We also have a black cat that we adopted as a kitten, and named him Ozzy. He is a "mad man", as well. Ozzy seemed like an appropriate name for him at the time, and still fits him well now. He is 3 years old now.

So I've thought about joining the USMC, but I'm so indecisive... I know that if I join, I'll get help with paying for college. I am married to a mixed person (black/white). I am white. We are going to have children and I think it's very important for me to understand what people encounter in their day to day lives. Please be serious and honest w/ me about any time you feel you have been treated unfairly or rudely b/c of your race. Being a white woman, I do not see this as commonly as others might. Please help me with my Iguanas aggressive behavior?

I took her in because the people that had her couldn't care for her any more (they had her for seven years), they sent me pictures of her and she had like scabs or something all over and she was acting all sick. I took her in and I am feeding her and caring for her just like I feed my other Iguana (I house them separately) and she got almost immediately better. She wouldn't even eat when I got her and now she eat heaping piles of greens and veggies and sometimes fruit (she doesn't care for fruit). Anyhow, She is green and active and looks so much better BUT, She leaps at me with her mouth open even when I am not approaching her. She is free roam (as the owners requested) but this is driving me crazy. She runs at me with her mouth open and hisses and puffs up. Today though I went to get dog food out of the closet and she just about got me, she kept coming at me so I gave her a smack with a pillow. She calmed down and sat under her light. A little later she started up again and there was no way she was backing down this time. She is VERY unpredictable. I have never seen another Iguana like this. What should I do about this, I think she is just challenging me for authority and run of the house. I have dogs and have had to deal with this but reptiles are a little different. She even cuddles with the cat, whats wrong with me? I can't even take her outside and sit with her because she almost bit my ear off last time and there was a LOT of blood. I would like to know if these species are compatible, given that they have different diets. I know that flying squirrels are not as socially dependent as sugar gliders, and don't have to have a partner in order to thrive, and that one is a marsupial and the other is a squirrel. Every year, the Lions Club or Shriners (can't remember which) hosts a circus to come to town to make money. It's for a good cause. I believe they help sick kids and do many other noble things with the money. But I always boycott it because I think it's so depressing for the animals to be slaves in captivity. I feel very inneffective and want to provide a solution instead of simply telling them the circus is cruel to animals (thus not being any help). We already have a midway that comes every year. My girlfriend who I loved very much, has changed a lot since her mum ped away. I totally understand that, I was expecting that when the doctors told her she wasn't going to live for very long. I feel really sorry for her, but I think she is intentionally driving her life to hell. Since her mum ped away (6 months ago) she has cheated on me, dropped out of university from studying pharmacy for 2 years, been arrested and changed her personality. Mp3 Player and PSP Problems?

I have been trying to download music to my mp3 and psp. For some reason, it will not allow me to. What's weird, is that every time I connect either one of them to the computer, on the computer it shows up all the songs that I have on both of them, even though there are none. I always go into WMP, and Sync the music to the device. I thought that was the easiest way. Am I doing anything wrong? I know the psp is not defective, but the mp3 player might. It would be smart not to risk it like I did and caused myself surgery. Get an x-ray first and if nothing shows up get an MRI. If your knee twisted on impact it could be a ligament tear which could need surgery or physical therapy. Just get it checked out to make sure nothing is wrong. The swelling is from something right? will not acknowledge CNA's for CNA day or any other day when they are a very important part of the nursing team and do most of the nursing care in a nursing home. Nurses do not do the one on one hands on nursing care for the most part. CNA's are the eyes and ears for the nurses yet in society they get no credit. Only the nurses. The nurses are very important as well but, I just think that CNA's need to get special credit. I know that in most nursing homes it is hard to get decent CNAs but I can see why. There is no morale for them. They are payed bad and treated bad. They are abused and facilities will not even provide decent equipment such as gate belts etc.. to help may save their back. They don't really get good benefits if any and they are looked down apon by most of the other nursing staff. A lot of self respecting people who are good at the job will not do it. This is not true in the hospital however. The hospital is a lot better working environment. Please explain to me why aids are treated like modern day slaves.

Rite where to start my childhood was very my father walked when And I was bullied because of my weight all through first and middle school we moved to Spain for 2 years and there was no better I was spat on and got heavily into drugs and drink. Keep a writing journal. There is nothing wrong with having a few projects going at the same time. You can add a chapter or whatever is needed to one project at a time. Eventually one of the projects will have more substance and interest and there you go...

How do I get a kitten to eat?

We have a 7 week old kitten. He went to the vet for a week to treat an eye infection, but came back small and without appetite. The vet says he's a little dehydrated from not eating, but that's it. We brought him home because we thought a familiar environment would help him, but it hasn't yet. He drinks some water and nurses, but eats almost no solid food anymore, when he used to be the chow hound of his litter. Any ideas? We've tried water, boiled chicken & broth, kitten food (wet & dry).

The PC does not have enough of a share, or niche to be in the market for a gaming console. The points you make are very good points, but most people dont see it, because it can do too much to be conisdered a console. The game variety for consoles is also much stronger than PC as well. Power wise, I must disagree somewhat. Note that yes, a computer is more powerful, but the norm is that most people must spend $300+ to play a game they can play on their Xbox or PS3 guaranteed. So, I'm a big girl. I get around fine, have a great time, go out and do things and overall I'm very confident. On the outside, anyway. I take pride in my appearance, am a devout Christian, am a full time college student and preschool teacher. I live on my own. I know I have a lot of good going for me. However, I have a hard time dealing with my weight. I've been under going testing for a few hormone disorders and such the last few months, some of which have led my doctor to believe my weight is caused a lot by it, not all, but a lot. I feel almost defeated despite my, "healthier than the average size 2" lifestyle and the fact that I'm still single at 22 with never having a serious relationship. The one thing I want more than anything in life is marriage and kids. But it's the one thing I don't think I'll ever get. I'm "okay" with the weight but I know that 9 times out 10 guys are not. I respect that, I do. We all have physical preference and I know fat isn't usually one of them. I have a pretty face, in my opinion, and am told constantly how pretty I am and how no one ever notices my weight because of how well I carry myself and how awesome my personality is but I fear that won't be enough for any one to ever love me. I'm truly afraid no one will ever love me and it breaks my heart. I've been hurt so many times. It's like every guy likes me enough to adore me, value my opinions, think I'm pretty, want to be around me all the time, be my best friend, etc, but not enough to want me. I guess this isn't much of a question, I just need some relief. Everyone is so sure that I'll find someone some day. That I have so much love to give and will be an awesome wife and mother. I feel much of the time it's just their way of trying to make me feel better, but I want to believe it. And as awkward as it is to say this, having a fat mons pubis makes me feel so unfeminine and way more unattractive than I would feel if it were normal. Interesting Jesus Freak Question?

Two Christian based private schools have a baseball game against each other. Both of the Coaches on each team prays to God to let them play a great game and to let them go without injuries and to let them win the game. At the end of the game one team loses. Both prayers were not answered...could it be that one coach is a more devout follower? To make matters worse...all the students that were playing in the game broke their wrists when they hit the low ceiling in the dugout during the seventh inning stretch. This means that both prayers were not answered on the "let us go without injuries" prayer. What does it all mean? How come the Lord can't have a better success rate for prayer requests. And why is it that while the game was in progress...one of the coaches cars was broken into by an escaped convict. I'm getting worried about an epidural...anyone given birth with IV meds only?

I've never thought twice about getting an epidural during labor until now. I'm starting to worry about the feeling of not being able to get up and move and of course the risks involved with it. I know there are risks with IV pain meds as well, but I'm wondering if anyone here has gone through labor with this method only and your opinions on it. I don't get dopey/high feeling on narcotics, so I'm not worried about that. I'm just wondering if it will be adequate enough pain relief vs. the epidural. Epidural definitely isn't out of the question, I'm just starting to question which I want to do. Waterbirth and that kind of stuff is definitely out though. Any opinions?

I know how you feel man, thats how I felt I'm a Denver Nuggets fan. I really thought the Nuggets had a chance. The problem is that they are great in the offensive end but not that great at the defensive end even though we have Camby he can't be doing everything. And then it sucks when we played small against the Lakes like when we had Carter, Iverson, Kleiza, J.R Smith, and Najera all in the same lineup we just can't do anything with this lineup other than score way too small. There is always next year hopefully they make smart decisions in the offseason and we'll see if they step up in the defense.

My daughter is nine weeks old and she wants to be held CONSTANTLY. I love holding her and cuddling with her, but at the same time I can't just hold her all day, ya know? This may be a good time to trade. The inside information is that ISUZU will not have a dealer presence in the USA for 2008. The Rodeo and the Axiom, which have been the only Isuzu made models have already been discontinued. The only models they sell today are the Ascender and a pick up truck, both of which are Chevrolets. Once Isuzu goes away your Rodeo will lose appeal and value. So, uming that your Isuzu is out of warranty, don't spend a lot on it.

AF was due the 14th and didnt show.Im now a week late, I have noticed alot more CM ranging from clear, white and yellowish, like TONS (never had this before) even though there is still some noticable cramping, and my tenderness is going away.. im confused. anybody else go through this and found out they were pregnant? Stabbing pains in and while On period?

I am fifteen years old and I've had my period for a year and a half now.I am on the second day of my period and I'm having stabbing pains in my and to the point where I can move until they are over .I even went home from school early bc I can barely sit or walk without it hurting.I thought it was bc I slept with a tampon in and when I took it out it hurt SOOOOO bad.my stomach has been really gasy for like the past month. Even when I'm not on my period I can HEAR them like popping and moving around in my stomach .louder then a stomach growling.idk if tht has anything to do with it .I can't use the restroom (go number 2) bc when I Try I feel like im being stabbed and it's like contracting .idk what this is. I have really bad periods tht run in my family my mom had a hysterectomy bc periods were horrible . My sister had her cysts on her ovaries explode when she was just 15 ,freshman year same as me and she had to get her cysts remove . my mom said it's not cysts bc those come before and after periods . But I have a really high pain tolerance I've sprained things and been fine I never cry only when something is WRONG.so could I have gotten them and they explode and now I'm just getting the aftermath? This poems sux. Not to be rude (im only rude ot ppl thats r rude to me first) but it has not structure. You stated the topic and you focus on it but, maybe you should try rhyming some of the lines, you can take some of your words and use different words that mean the same thing but rhyme with other lines. like this: line one ends with scared so find a word taht rhymes with that for line 3 or 4 then the last line also. I htink you could be quite successful with your poetry if you try rhyming. but i don't think that cigarettes is a good topic for you to write about. only write about wat you know and feel. Like love or hate or maybe ur going through or went thorugh divorce between ur parents. Write about stuff like that that you went through in ur life, that's the stuff you know.
