Constructive dismissal advise please!?

Going through the same myself - fancy comparing notes? Right - have you gone through a grievance procedure? I made it clear to my now ex employers that their breach of contract could be deemed constructive dismissal and I gave them 2 months to sort - which they didn't and they tried to smear my name after the fact - people - THE SALE GROUP AKA COME-SHOPPING.COM LTD (Directors Andrew Bicknell and Roger Bicknell). Make sure you have all evidence sent to your home email addy, get copies of your contract and staff manual before you leave, log everything. My advice - notify them that if your issue isn't resolved you will be ET1 against them. Good Luck and add me for one-to-one.
