A gastric or stomach emptying test?

Tomorrow I have to take a gastric or stomach emptying test... I had an upper GI test yesterday and it made me feel really sick after and nauseas all night with a lot of stomach pain. Will this test do that too? and do you have to eat a lot because I can hardly eat anything becuase of the nausea! PLEASE ANSWER THIS I'M REALLY SCARED!!!
