Well, the best way to keep out the celebrities would be that we require anyone to have a political position to test an IQ of at least 110. That would eliminate 90% of the celebrities. Then, require any person to have at least a bachelor's degree in order to hold any political office. This would eliminate an additional 9% of celebrities. The remaining 1% are smart enough to just act and keep their political opinions to themselves, and they're probably conservatives.
