I've arranged for my Xbox 360 to be repaired via the xbox website, but I need more info. Can anyone help?

take off all accessories, ie memory cards and controllers and pack it in a box. call the number on the returns label and someone will pick it up for you. it should be returned to you within 6 wks. had to do this with both of my sons 360s
