Stabbing pains in and while On period?

I am fifteen years old and I've had my period for a year and a half now.I am on the second day of my period and I'm having stabbing pains in my and to the point where I can move until they are over .I even went home from school early bc I can barely sit or walk without it hurting.I thought it was bc I slept with a tampon in and when I took it out it hurt SOOOOO bad.my stomach has been really gasy for like the past month. Even when I'm not on my period I can HEAR them like popping and moving around in my stomach .louder then a stomach growling.idk if tht has anything to do with it .I can't use the restroom (go number 2) bc when I Try I feel like im being stabbed and it's like contracting .idk what this is. I have really bad periods tht run in my family my mom had a hysterectomy bc periods were horrible . My sister had her cysts on her ovaries explode when she was just 15 ,freshman year same as me and she had to get her cysts remove . my mom said it's not cysts bc those come before and after periods . But I have a really high pain tolerance I've sprained things and been fine I never cry only when something is WRONG.so could I have gotten them and they explode and now I'm just getting the aftermath? Please help!
