Will Waste Management Pick up used motor oil?

I have quite a bit of used oil that i need to gt rid of. I tried places like Schucks and Napa, but NO place will accept oil that has water in it! I heard that if you put the used oil into small, sealing containers (like a milk jug) Waste Management will pick up the old on garbage day. Is this true??
