Got a 100 dollar budget and need an mp3 player for working out?

Ok heres the deal, I want to get a new mp3 player, since my old one is so old its breaking down. I need it for martial arts training so it needs to either fasten around my arm or neck. The smaller the better, needs decent, but not giant storage space (2 gig is more than enough) and it can't be an apple or microsoft product ( Im not a fan of either, I find them overpriced for what they are). But it does need to come with a fastener of some kind, that is critical. Thanks in advance.
