Potato Salad Ideas?

I know how to make a killer potato salad, but I need some presentation ideas. I'm brining some (as well as some of my other goodies) to my mil's birthday bbq and I want something flashy and impressive..and plain old potato salad isn't it... any ideas would be appriciated.. thanks in advance
