Where can I find a pretty red cloak?

So I've always wanted one of those cloaks with the hood on it that ties like right below the neck. Like the red riding hood cloak or if youve seen the phantom of the opera movie Christine wears a light red one on the roof or the black one at the cemetery. One like that. However, where can I find one? I think they'd be pretty for the winter. Thanks :)
