How long does it take for you to grow when...?

...you're having growing pains, its been 3 weeks already and i've been having this ticklish numbish pain on mostly my right knee (for 3 weeks now) and a few days ago, my thighs were very sore for no reason for a whole day, AND 3 weeks ago, i was having pain in my wrists for like an hour or so and i'm pretty sure that they are all growing pains because i'm just 15 a guy and 5'2. but i havent grown at all, how long will it take?
