I am trying to find "the cop who doesn't like donuts." I do know he is a cop in Baltimore, MD. Help please.

A friend in Easton, MD suggested I contact this person, but has never been able to find him again due to all the changes on yahoo. I would also like someone to explain to me how you go about searching on yahoo if you do not have enough information. Additionally, what is up with these chat rooms? Why are people so rude in these rooms? I keep getting bombarded by egyptians...are there any Americans out there?
