i just asked a question about protein shakes. people said it can make you gain fat. im scared cuz i have like a little fat in my stomach that i really wanna lose its not much at all and i dont wanna get fat. im just a little chubby i guess lol. i do a ab workout its that bender ball thing i find it to be pretty effective when im doing the workout then i drink a protein shake. im eating about 1500 calories a day including the protein shake. will it make me fatt?
