In the latest Harry Potter what happened to Harry's thunderbolt shaped scar and how did Harry survive?

I don't think it was there in Deathly Hallow P2. Harry died Draco's mum pronounced Harry dead to Voldemort and by the time Hagrid carried him to Hogwarts he was suddenly alive.
